[Chrome device] If I did OS update to latest version, can I return back to previous version?

Suggestion make a recovery drive in advance. (https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1080595?hl=en). Just if your device is not belong to Chrome Device Management and settings is stop update, it still will upadte OS when it connecting internet.
