[Chromebox 2] I can not find any setting to set it 60hz for my display.

For some of monitors you may need to setting your monitor first, suggestion contact your vendor to see how to enable for 60HZ from your monitor, due to every manufacturers have different technology & settings in their monitors. Also please check HDMI cable is Compatible "High Speed".
