[Chromebox 2] From monitor program to see system status, why memory usage so less? Sometime Free size only 30%, used usage neardy 70%, I have do nothing.

Because it as Linux allocate most of memory to Buffers/Cache, basically Linux will free up the buffers/cache to yield memory when applications work up, so actual available memory should be : Free size + Buffer/Cache size.
